Sarah is a passionate and accomplished personal trainer and fitness instructor who has been in the industry for over 10 years.
Her qualifications include: Certificate 3 & 4 in fitness, Diploma in fitness, Diploma in sport, Level 1 strength & conditioning, Schwinn cycle, Thump boxing and certificate in Nutrition. Sarah first started working at a local gym in the Hunter valley as a Personal trainer and Fitness instructor. After 6 years of employment she decided she was up for more of a challenge and that's when she started her own business SR Fitness in 2013 and hasn't looked back.
