Class sessions are are constantly varied so you always feel challenged, don't get bored and to avoid plateauing. Classes consist of functional movements that not only use your body weight but also other forms of resistance such as kettlebells, ropes, tyres, weight balls, dumbbells and more. All levels of fitness are welcome and modifications can be made to suit your fitness level if needed. Overall, you will be training both individually and in a team environment with a great bunch of like minded people who will help motivate, encourage and challenge you to reach your highest potential all whist having fun! All sessions assist in increasing your fitness and strength, fat loss, toning, burning calories and changing your body shape.

SUPER SATURDAY SESSION
Great way to start the weekend! Occasional beach session, stair session. Big and small challenges set throughout the session *Like all sessions, this session is fantastic for burning calories, getting fit and strong, toning up and burning body fat. Overall its your last chance to get a maximum workout, to finish the week of training Class duration: 50 minutes Where: Outdoors in the Maitland area- exact location given on the day. Rain or shine its on! Payment: $10 per class per person or unlimited payment option available. What to bring: Water, Towel, mat, boxing gloves,focus pads and inners for the boxing classes (spares available if needed).
8 sets of one exercise is performed at your max exertion for 20 seconds then followed by a 10 second recovery. The same exercise is repeated like this for 8 rounds lasting a total of 4 minutes. When those 8 rounds are complete, you move onto another exercise with the same format.
These high intensity short burst get your heart rate up, fat burning and muscles working to their full potential.
Great for toning up, increasing fitness and strength
These sessions are designed specifically for you and your goals. Sessions are always challenging with lots of variety. Included are measurements every 4-6 weeks, access to a private facebook group where recipes, progress, motivation and workouts are posted and a food diary assessment and nutrition guidance. At SR Fitness we will work with you to get you on the right track to help you achieve your goals. Session: One on one, partner or small group sessions (min 3 people max 5 people) Session duration: 30 minutes or 60 minutes. Where: Outdoors in the Maitland area- exact location given on the day.
